High Blood Pressure - A Case Report

Few people know about the efficacy of Homoeopathy in the treatment of hypertension, however homoeopathic medicines, prescribed as per the rules of classical homoeopathy, are capable of curing this condition in an effective manner.

What is Hypertension?

A condition, in which the patient has a higher blood pressure than that judged to be normal, noted on three readings on different occasions, over a period of several months unless the elevations are severe or associated with symptoms. Transient elevation of blood pressure caused by excitement or apprehension does not constitute hypertensive disease.

Miss M, age 37 years, visited Hariom Homoeopathic Clinic, Haldwani with complaints of -

•        Heaviness in back of the head
•        Vertigo
•        Palpitation
•        Hot flushes since few weeks
•        BP = 170/110 mm Hg.

1 Feb 2010

Individualized Homoeopathic Medicine was prescribed as per the rules of Classical Homoeopathy.

13 Feb 2010

• Patient feels better, 
• headache better, 
• vertigo absent, 
• palpitation and hot flushes less
• BP= 170/110 mm Hg.

Medicine continued.

12 Mar 2010

• Patient better, 
• headache & vertigo absent, 
• palpitation absent, 
• hot flushes much reduced.
• BP= 150/90 mm Hg

• Patient better.
• BP= 156/90 mm Hg

• BP= 132/84 mm Hg
